The challenge

Northbridge Talent ran its entire candidate pipeline across a tangle of spreadsheets and email threads. Recruiters lost time copying data between files, directors had no live view of open roles, and candidates slipped through the cracks during handoffs.

What we built

We designed a connected monday.com workspace with three linked boards: Clients, Roles and Candidates. Connect-board columns tied every candidate to a role and client, while mirror columns surfaced key data without re-entry. Forms captured inbound candidates, and automations assigned recruiters, set follow-up dates and flagged stale applications.

The result

Within the first month, the team reclaimed roughly twelve hours a week previously lost to manual updates. Directors now open a single dashboard to see every open role, its stage and the candidates in play. Handoffs that used to take days happen the same day.
