Replacing Manual Ops With a monday.com Project System

The challenge

Halden Manufacturing tracked projects across whiteboards, shared drives and three different tools. Nobody trusted the numbers, and leadership relied on a string of weekly status meetings just to understand where things stood.

What we built

We consolidated everything into one monday.com project system with standardized stages, owners and timelines. Automations handled handoffs and reminders, and high-level dashboards rolled up progress across every active project. We trained the team and handed over clean documentation so they could run it without us.

The result

Three recurring status meetings a week disappeared, replaced by a dashboard leadership checks on their own. Teams now share one source of truth, and project delays surface early instead of at the deadline.
